Shipping Fee

Shipping cost may vary depending on your residence and the type of item you have purchased.  You will be able to access estimated shipping along with pricing at checkout.  

Processing Time

As soon as we receive your order, processing take 48-72 hours this includes production time since most of the products are made to order.

Estimated Delivery Time

As soon the order is process, you will receive tracking information via email.  Depending on where you are located shipping can take approximately 4-5 business days for delivery.

If your order hadn't been received in the estimated delivery times, please contact our customer service team at creolacreations33@gmail.com.

If your order hadn't been received within 30 days of the date of original purchase, contact our customer service team for a full refund on your purchase.  

This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries.

Returns and Refund Guarantee

I you receive an item that is not as described or arrives defective please send us a photo of the item so that our quality assurance team can assist you.  Once the item is deemed defective we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a replacement of the item.  In order to receive a full refund or replacement customers must contact us within 48 hours.

All returns must be in it's original packaging and condition and must be returned within 3 days of receipt.
